Responsibilities:

Promotion of the products represented by the company.

Responsible for receiving orders from customers/pharmacies.

Making Collections according to the company’s Credit Policy.
-
Responsible for achieving the set sales targets according to the Company’s Commercial Policy.

Monitors competitor activity and competing products.
-
Prepares progress reports to the Sales Manager.
-
He plans his weekly and monthly work schedule.
-
Creates and maintains positive working relationships with customers/pharmacies as well as with the rest of the company’s staff.

Keeps a detailed record of all contacts.

Attends scheduled company events, conferences and meetings.
Qualifications required:
-
Graduate.
-
Very good knowledge of the Greek language in written and spoken language and good knowledge of the English language.

Very good knowledge of MS Office.
-
A degree or university diploma will be considered an additional qualification.
-
Previous experience will be considered an added advantage.
-
Clean criminal record.
-
Military obligations fulfilled (for men).

Holder of a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications required:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

At least 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Highly organized with strong time-management skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

NEXA+ Pharmacy Ltd, a member of the MEFAL PUBLIC LTD, is seeking to recruit a Pharmacy Merchandising & Development Representative as part of the continued growth and expansion of its Pharmacy Network.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular visits to pharmacies within the NEXA+ Network.

Ensure the effective implementation of merchandising standards, including product placement, displays, and promotional materials.

Execute and monitor commercial activities and promotional campaigns.

Train and support pharmacy staff on merchandising practices and category development.

Identify sales growth opportunities at pharmacy level.
-
Collect and analyse market and competitor data.
-
Maintain excellent relationships with NEXA+ Network members.

Contribute to the development of new concepts and initiatives for the Network.
Required Qualifications
-
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or retail operations (preferably within the pharmacy sector).

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.

Strong sense of responsibility, organisation, and teamwork.

Good command of both Greek and English languages.

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
